Central School District #104 has opened registration. We are no longer using Skyward as our student information system. The new system we have implemented is TeacherEase and that is where 2024-25 registration must be completed.
During the data import from Skyward to TeacherEase there were some discrepancies. We are working with TeacherEase to correct this, but in the meantime our Director of Technology is manually fixing every student/parent record in our system.
Below is a list of issues that our parents are experiencing:
1. APP CRASHING?
Quite a few parents have issues with the TeacherEase App crashing while attempting to complete part 1.
Parts 2 and 3 are able to be completed on the app, but part 1 kicks them back to the login screen repeatedly.
If you experience this issue, you'll have to use teacherease.com to complete part 1 (using the same login/password that you setup and use for the app).
Some parents have gotten an error message while trying to use the website on their phones that says the teacherease website is not formatted correctly for their device--if this happens you'll need to use a chromebook or computer, or an iPad/tablet.
2. MISSING STUDENTS?
Some parents with multiple children are having an issue seeing all their students. If this happens to you, we can fix it. Our Director of Technology, Jessica Daniels will assist by emailing her at jdaniels@central104.org.
3. RECEIVED the TEACHEREASE EMAILS but STILL CANNOT REGISTER?
Some parents have gotten the emails, but upon login get an error message that the parent app is shut off right now and to contact the school -or- parents login with no issue, but the 3 parts of School Registration are not appearing. If this happens to you, we can fix it. Our Director of Technology, Jessica Daniels can be reached at jdaniels@central104.org and will assist.
4. HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY TEACHEREASE EMAILS??
The biggest aspect impacting registration right now is incorrect parent email addresses and/or missing emails. If you have received our TeacherEase communication this does not affect you. If you have NOT received the TeacherEase communication and you have not registered your student then you are affected by this--we need you to fill out this form:

Once we get your response we will update your parent information and you will get the necessary TeacherEase emails to complete registration.
Thank you for your patience during this transition. We are confident we will be able to resolve these issues and parents will be able to see the benefits of switching to TeacherEase as our new Student Information System. Please use this information to get your students registered as soon as possible so we can prepare for the upcoming school year.

The 104 Store is open daily 8-2. If anyone is interested in organizing it, feel free to come on in any day of the week and do your thing! With staff gone, it is a mess. Any help is greatly appreciated. 🐯

Tomorrow is our last day of school! It is so bittersweet to say farewell to some very amazing educators and students moving onto bigger things next school year! I hope you all have a well deserved, amazing summer!
