We will be in session tomorrow, Thursday, January 9, pending any unexpected emergency, thanks to our custodial staff and the city for working diligently to create safe conditions for us to go. I do want to prepare everyone for the possibility of an e-learning day on Friday if we get the additional snow expected. We will be deploying devices tomorrow in order to be fully prepared. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing everyone back tomorrow!

Due to continued dangerous road conditions, we will not have school Wednesday, January 8.

Snow Day Tuesday, January 7.

Santa stopped by with some puppy snuggles for the students today!

Our final report for 2024! May you be surrounded with peace and love this holiday season. We will anxiously await your return in 2025!

A sweet treat for some sweet acts of kindness! 🍩 Our 3rd grade Kindness Group at DEES enjoyed doughnuts as a thank-you for their hard work each morning. These students go above and beyond to help and support our younger students during arrival, and we couldn’t be prouder of their leadership and kindness! 💛

Thank you to the O'Fallon Chamber of Commerce for donating supplies to our district!

Mrs. Barisch's reward for her professional development was a hoot at JAMS today! The kids loved meeting Charlette and Teddy!

Today our staff took a PAWS during Plan to Play with PUPPIES!

Please share! We are in dire need of a paraprofessional!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Congratulations to our JAMS November Superintendent Shout Out Ximena Mejia!

Please share our upcoming vacancy!

Congratulations to our DEES November Superintendent Shout Out Samaj Brown!

Families and students at DEES had a fantastic time enjoying sweets, making ornaments, and sharing special moments with Santa. 🎅✨ A huge thank you to our amazing PTO volunteers for making it all possible! ❤️

The holiday concert for K-3rd grade students will be this Thursday, Dec. 12th, at 6 PM, at DEES.

Stay warm this weekend!

From our school family to yours!

Our 2nd graders have truly impressed us! They worked hard researching animals, crafting detailed informative essays, and creating vibrant dioramas to showcase their learning. They shared their amazing work with students, staff, and their parents or guardians all in one day. Fantastic job, 2nd grade! 🐾📚🌿✨

At Dawn Elser Elementary, our 1st graders had a wonderful time welcoming parents to school for a special project! In November, we focused on gratitude and explored what it means to be thankful. Together with their parents or guardians, students created "thankful plates," beautifully decorated to show what they're most grateful for. ❤️
